Caitlin and Theo’s elegant Enzo Hunter Valley wedding was the perfect blend of timeless style and heartfelt celebration. After spending 10 years together, and following a romantic proposal under a fig tree in the Botanic Gardens, they began planning their dream day. From the start, they knew they wanted a winery wedding—and after visiting a few venues, they instantly fell in love with the relaxed yet refined vibe at Enzo. With a classic black and white theme, lush floral details, and an outdoor dance floor that came alive beneath twinkling lights, their celebration was as joyful as it was unforgettable. Caitlin looked stunning in her gown from Blanche Bridal, while Theo and the boys nailed the look with suits from Woolcott Street. All in all, it was everything they had hoped for—and more.
THE PROPOSAL: “Theo proposed in the Botanic Gardens after a long lunch. We walked around and then found a fig tree to sit under. He dropped to one knee and popped the question. We celebrated with dinner and a hotel room in the city.”
THE VENUE: “We always wanted to get married at a Winery. We looked at a few venues in the Hunter and just fell in love with the vibe at Enzo.”
ADVICE FOR FUTURE COUPLES: “Elope hahaha just joking. Stick to what you want; people are always going to have their opinions but make sure you create a day that reflects you.”
BEST MOMENT: “The whole thing. We had the best day. We wouldn’t have asked for a better day.”
