From the first time we spoke, he was so easy to talk to and once the big day came around, he made us feel so comfortable while we got all of our photos.

What a vibe Joel & Zac were!!! They were professional yet loads of fun & made us feel so comfortable in-front of the camera. We have had comments from multiple guests about how well they fit into the relaxed vibe of our day. We have only received our sneak peaks so far & OMG!!! Unreal!!! My brother, who is also a photographer, commented ‘easily the best wedding photos I’ve ever seen’.
Joel is super friendly and professional. Went above and beyond through the whole experience. He dealt with sudden changes to schedule and a bit limited setting for photos and still managed to work his magic and give us a huge album. Just looking back at our wedding photos one year on and could not be happier with how they turned out.
Joel is an amazing photographer, would highly recommend! Our wedding day was beyond freezing with miserable rain, but the photos Joel took make the day look spectacular. He is easygoing and fantastic to work with. Absolutely check out his website and Instagram for more examples of his style!
I can not speak highly enough of Joel. Our wedding was in Jenolan Caves, which was dark with tricky lighting, but Joel excelled. Our photos are absolutely perfect, and capture the day exactly as I remembered it. He was so quiet and fast during the ceremony, I had no idea where he was, but the photos seem to show that he was everywhere! Joel was a great presence on the day on the wedding, and his relaxed attitude was a joy to be around on such an important day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ava Me Photography, and I am so excited to watch what his future holds.
